Vision Center for Culture and Arts (VCCA) is a Palestinian NGO non-profit and non-political organization. Two Armenian Palestinian brothers Noubar and Milad William Hagop Vosgueritchian established VCCA with a vision, dream, and mission to serve the four villages: Al-Azaria, Abu Dees, Al-Sawahra, and AL-sheikh Sa'ed. In spite of financial, cultural challenges, denied basic human rights and the difficult suffering and oppressive atmosphere because of the effects of the hardships of living under the occupation, the brothers seek to meet the psychosocial needs of the children and youth in these four local villages.
The overall objective of the VCCA is to promote cultural and educational means by which to promote the well being of our society by serving children and youth.  VCCA aims to promote music, arts, and drama as communication for peace and understanding that has an internal and external impact by building bridges, reviving hope, and making the future. VCCA promotes understanding, intercultural dialogue, peace building, nonviolence and co-operation for resolving conflicts, human transformation and justice rather than seeking refuge in wars, violence, antagonism and hate.
The more specific objectives of the VCCA are: music instruction, visual arts, leadership and communication training, intercultural dialogue, youth exchanges, and Palestinian cultural activities. These various programs (projects) benefit the psychosocial well being of the children and youth in the four local villages.  VCCA's independent board of trustees, administration, staff, and volunteers are drawn from the local community.
