Vision Center for Culture and Arts was opened on the 4th of January 2008 by two Armenian Palestinian brothers: Noubar and Milad William Hagop Vosgueritchian with a vision, dream and mission. In spite of financial and cultural challenges the brothers were able to establish the center.

VCCA aims to help build society through children, youth, men, women, old and handicapped who are particularly gifted with various talents, abilities and skills because these are the pillars on which a healthy society should stand. Guiding, directing, and channeling talents of these target groups towards the acquisition of culture, literature, music and the various forms of arts is the primary societal aim of the center.

The Vosgueritchian brothers in their dedicated enthusiasm to promote healthy society diligently work to discover and develop talents and capacities of all that come and take part in the VCCA. The center provides music, art courses, and workshops, training sessions and tutoring for all ages during the year. In addition the center catalyzes the community especially the children and youth through volunteering and participating in summer schools, concerts, art exhibitions, Dabka dance and choir.

VCCA works with school students that need additional assistance and help in their studies and is establishing networks between schools in the areas.

Moreover the VCCA looks to strengthen the Palestinian youth by raising their awareness, knowledge and understanding regarding new concepts such as learning about other cultures and breaking stereotypes (knowing the other), human rights, non-violence, peace building, justice, reconciliation and conflict resolution and transformation.
